Alequin Agricultural Supply respects your privacy and protects your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

Business and contact details (name, mobile number, email, address), your business registration type and numbers, TIN if given, a copy of the government ID of the owner or authorized representative, your registration certificate and business permit, photos of your store, farm or office with their location (GPS coordinates), order, delivery and payment records, and delivery confirmations (photos and signatures).

How we use it

To verify your identity and that your business place is real and within our service area, evaluate customer applications, set the delivery pin for your address, process orders and deliveries, bill and collect payments, send order, delivery and payment reminders, and comply with legal and tax requirements.

Who we share it with

Only with those needed to serve you: our suppliers and delivery drivers (delivery details only), messaging and payment service providers, and government agencies when required by law. Your ID copy is seen only by the owner of Alequin Agricultural Supply; staff see only that it was checked. Every view of your documents is recorded.

How long we keep it

Your account, orders, invoices and payments are kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for the period required by tax and business laws. Copies of your government ID, business permit, registration certificate and photos of your place are kept for 1 year after your last transaction with us (or 1 year after your account is closed), then deleted. If your application is not approved, its copies are deleted 1 year after our decision. Government offices submit their documents on paper; those are kept on file by Alequin.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
